Hi, Amigurumi Lovers! This May, I’ll be quietly joining the #AmiguruMay challenge, hosted by the lovely Ilaria from Ilaria @airali_gray (Airali Gray crochet artist).
For those who may not know, AmiguruMay is a beautiful yearly tradition (now in its 8th year since 2019), where crocheters from all around the world share little moments of their creative journey—whether it’s works-in-progress, behind-the-scenes, or finished pieces—guided by simple daily prompts.
It’s not about perfection or keeping up every single day… but about enjoying the process, finding inspiration, and celebrating handmade joy together.
I’ll be doing my best to follow along gently this month, one stitch at a time.
If you feel like joining too, you’re always welcome here.
Let’s create something beautiful together.

Gentle Message
As this little journey begins, I’ll be slowly updating this post throughout the month—adding each day’s stitches, moments, and creations as they come to life.
Some days may be simple, some may be a little more full, and some may just be quiet progress behind the scenes… and that’s perfectly okay. This challenge, for me, isn’t about keeping up or doing everything perfectly, but about embracing the rhythm of creating—one small step, one soft stitch at a time.
I wanted to keep everything gathered here, like a small crochet journal, where each day gently builds on the last. A space you can return to whenever you like—whether you’re looking for inspiration, curious about the process, or simply wanting to share in a bit of handmade joy.
So if you feel like it, you’re always welcome to come back and check in, even just for a quiet moment. This will be a growing collection of days, memories, and creations… and I’m really grateful to share it with you.
